No contract for the sale of any products on our site will exist until your order is accepted by us dispatching the goods to you and by us sending you an email to confirm the existence of this contract.


We deliver to all UK destinations. We can also send orders to any EU and non-EU destination (the US, Canada, Australia etc,) however please contact us before placing your order to obtain a postage quote.

Our standard delivery service for order of any original artwork is Royal Mail First Class post. Therefore if you live in the UK, your order should arrive within 2 - 3 working days after dispatch. To cut postage cost down for bulkier items, we post via Royal Mail Second Class delivery service and your delivery should arrive within 3 - 5 working days.

For worldwide delivery, we use Royal Mail International post which should be delivered within 10 - 12 working days after dispatch but this can vary by country.


The postage cost will be discussed with you prior to confirming your order and will reflect the actual carriage costs. Please contact us before placing your order to obtain an accurate postage quote.


We cannot guarantee that all the items you can see on our website are still available. Please get in touch to find out if your favourite item is still available for sale.


We dispatch orders as quickly as we can.  Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (Monday to Friday), subject to stock levels.

Please note, items can only be dispatched on receipt of payment; in the case of payment by way of a cheque, e-cheque or postal order we will post on clearance.


If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving notification that your parcel has been dispatched, please contact us so that we can investigate.

If you do not notify us within this timeframe, or fail to respond to any Royal Mail or courier cards left at your address within 5 working days, your parcel may be returned to us. In this circumstance we can only resend your parcel upon payment of an additional postage charge. Please do check your address carefully as we can not be responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses being given at checkout.


If you are not completely happy with your purchases and you need to refund or exchange an item for any reason please let us know as soon as possible.

Please do not forget to include your full name, address and the reason for the return when contacting us. Also let us know what you would like us to do – an exchange or a refund?

If you need to return the goods to us, please make sure they are in their original condition, in their packaging. If the goods have been used or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction to cover this.

Also, please keep the proof of posting receipt that can be obtain from the Royal Mail free of charge.

In order to claim a refund, the goods must be received by us within 30 days of the date you first contacted us with your refund request.

Unless the items are faulty, you must bear the cost of returning the item to us.

If you are returning faulty goods, we will refund the cost of the outgoing postage costs as well as the cost of returning the item to us.

We process refunds as quickly as possible and usually within 7 days or receipt of the goods but please allow up to 30 days.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in particular you should note that the Distance Selling Regulations apply to orders made over the Internet.


We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, your address, your phone number and your email address. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. Any information that we collect will never be passed on to any third parties without your explicit consent.

We may sometimes send out information about special offers and seasonal sales to our previous customers although you will not be added to our regular mailing list. If you do not wish to receive any such information please contact us and we will remove you from our database.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
